Closed to submissions

We regret to inform that, due to severe time constraints and until further notice, Fantastic Metropolis is closed to submissions. As much as we’d love to devote our full attention to Fantastic Metropolis, we all have lives and responsibilities outside these pages and can’t possibly cope with the influx of contributions, for which we are nevertheless very grateful. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please go ahead and ask us.

In spite of this, don’t worry: the site will continue to be updated.

Guidelines

Submissions should be addressed to submissions@fantasticmetropolis.com (currently closed to submissions), with the title in the subject line and your contributions included as one or more attachments (please do not copy the text into the body of your email!) in either RTF or Word format. Also, adopting a standard manuscript format for your files shows that you care, not to mention it makes life easier for everyone.

Don’t forget to include a brief biography of yourself (unless you want us to make one up!) and any links you’d like advertised along with it. Images, if necessary, should come in JPEG, GIF or PNG files, between 320 and 1024 pixels wide.

Rights

Fantastic Metropolis asks for non-exclusive worldwide electronic rights to all works we publish, for a minimum period of six months. After that time, material will remain archived at the site until copyright holders request that it be taken down. (As a precaution, meta information in our pages tells search engines not to cache or archive them, so that they don’t linger online even after they’re removed from Fantastic Metropolis.)
